Evan Kossman
Three disciplines, strategy, design, and development, I spent over a decade learning to use together, so you don't need three vendors.
I started in mobile UI design at Evoke Developers, moved into large-scale web and SEO work at SADA, a Google Cloud partner across North America, then led the full digital presence at PureFacts, an enterprise SaaS company serving global wealth management firms. In parallel, Kossman Designs has been running for over a decade, growing from a web consultancy into a full creative studio.
That breadth isn't scattered experience, it's deliberate range. It means I can hold the strategy conversation with a CMO, execute design work a creative director would sign off on, and ship code a developer would respect.
The result, consistently: a 40% average increase in organic traffic and a 30% lift in qualified leads across client engagements, numbers that come from doing strategy, design, and development as one connected practice rather than three isolated tasks.

Designs
Kossman Designs is an independent creative studio built at the intersection of strategy, design, and development. It is not an agency. It is not a freelancer marketplace. It is a single senior creative partner, one point of contact, full accountability.
Over 10 years, the studio has evolved from a web design and development practice into a full-spectrum creative operation: brand identity, print collateral, motion graphics, social media creative, marketing assets, and the digital infrastructure to support them.
A particular depth has developed in the student residence and higher education sectors, environments that demand brand consistency, community-building, and conversion-focused design working together at the same time.
How I work
01
Step 01
Understand before acting
Every engagement starts with listening. I dig into your goals, your audience, your competitive landscape, and what "success" actually means for your brand, before a single pixel or line of code gets touched.
02
Step 02
Strategy shapes everything
A great website is a strategic object, not just a visual one. I map the conversion path, the messaging hierarchy, and the content structure before design begins, so the end result does real work.
03
Step 03
Design with intent
Every visual decision earns its place. Typography, spacing, motion, colour, each one is deliberate, serving brand positioning and user clarity in equal measure. I design systems, not one-offs.
04
Step 04
Build, ship, and refine
Clean code, fast load times, and a CMS you can actually use. I hand over sites that clients can own and grow, and I stay available for the iteration that follows launch, because that is where real growth happens.
