Brief & concept
We align on the purpose, audience, format, length, and style direction. I review your brand assets and any reference motion you've flagged.

Script & storyboard
For longer pieces, a full script and storyboard. For shorter social or web animations, an annotated animatic. Direction approved before production begins.
Step 03
Design frames
Static design of every key frame in Figma or Illustrator. All design approved before animation starts, changes are cheap here, expensive later.
Step 04
Animation & sound design
Full production in After Effects, Principle, or Framer. Music and sound design sourced from licensed libraries and matched to the piece.
Step 05
Export & delivery
All required formats delivered with clear specs. Web implementations (Lottie, Framer Motion) deployed directly into your codebase if needed.
