PureFacts

The project began with a review of PureFacts' existing digital ecosystem, identifying technical, UX, SEO, and conversion opportunities across the website.

From there, I led the migration from WordPress to a headless Next.js and Sanity architecture hosted on Vercel. This replaced the limitations of the legacy CMS with a more flexible and performance-focused platform while giving the marketing team a streamlined content management experience.

The new website was designed around the needs of enterprise financial technology buyers. Information architecture and navigation were reworked to make the company's solutions easier to understand and discover, while page layouts and conversion paths were optimized to move users toward meaningful actions.

Performance was a major focus throughout the build. By leveraging Next.js, modern front-end development practices, and a streamlined architecture, the new site delivered a 90% improvement in page speed and a stronger foundation for Core Web Vitals.

SEO was treated as part of the product rather than an afterthought. Technical SEO, content structure, internal linking, metadata, and performance were incorporated into the migration and development process to protect existing equity while creating opportunities for future organic growth.

The work ultimately transformed PureFacts' website from a legacy marketing site into a scalable digital platform supporting SEO, demand generation, and revenue growth.
