The Challenge
DC Home Mortgages needed a more modern website that could better showcase its mortgage services while improving performance and search visibility. The existing WordPress site also lacked the depth and structure needed to effectively represent the full range of services offered.

I redesigned and migrated the website from WordPress to Next.js, creating a faster and more scalable foundation. I expanded the site's information architecture with additional pages and dedicated service content, while optimizing the experience for SEO, usability, and engagement.

SEO was incorporated throughout the rebuild, from information architecture and page structure to content optimization and technical performance. The combination of a stronger content strategy and faster technical foundation helped improve both organic visibility and user engagement.
