Artifacts Lifestyle

A clean, product-focused website for Artifacts Lifestyle designed to showcase the retail store's collection, improve the customer journey, and turn online interest into in-store visits.

The Challenge

Artifacts Lifestyle needed a website that could properly showcase its products and give customers a clear reason to visit the store, without displaying product pricing online. The existing website also created friction through an outdated UX and autoplay music that interfered with engagement and made the experience feel less accessible.

The Approach

I redesigned the site around a clean, straightforward user experience that puts the products and brand at the centre. The new UX removed unnecessary friction, eliminated autoplay audio, and created clearer paths from product discovery to store visits and inquiries.

Artifacts Lifestyle needed its website to function less like a traditional brochure and more like a digital extension of the retail experience. The goal was to give customers a strong sense of the products, aesthetic, and overall shopping experience while intentionally keeping pricing offline.

The existing website had several UX issues that were getting in the way of engagement, most notably autoplay music that created an immediate barrier for visitors. I removed these distractions and rebuilt the experience around simplicity, clarity, and product discovery.

The new site uses a clean visual hierarchy to let the products take centre stage. Visitors can browse the collection, learn more about the store, and quickly find the information they need without navigating through unnecessary complexity.

The customer journey was also redesigned with conversion in mind. Rather than forcing visitors through a complicated process, the new experience creates clear pathways from discovering a product to making an inquiry or visiting the store in person.

The result is a more polished digital storefront that supports the physical retail experience without trying to replace it.
